We work completely remote but do make ourselves available for in-person meetings and inspections, as well as offer convenient Zoom call scheduling to address project concerns. 

We’re not currently performing structural certifications for new clients.

This service is only accessible to existing clients.

We focus on leveraging our expertise in residential structural engineering to maximize the value we deliver for our clients. If you need engineering for this kind of work, we recommend you seek an engineer that specializes in these project types.

We believe in giving our clients the option to fund their projects to the level they deem necessary to best accommodate the demands and expectations of their clients.

Whether it is a preferred deadline or more comprehensive support, we believe you should have the option to choose what’s best for you and your client in the context of each individual project every time.

At idioma: we pride ourselves in consistently building a reputation for being reliable. This means that disappearing on our clients as well as dropping the ball and not working overtime to fix it runs contrary to our mission and our promise to you.

Based on our clients’ experiences, we’ve noticed an interesting pattern: opting for the cheaper option to ‘get by’ leads to disappointing results accompanied by an abysmal customer experience. Continuously taking on these risks can be exhausting and even more expensive than simply resolving to getting it right the first time.
